Brief Scope: 5.2MM bushel grain receiving and storage. 60,000BPH receiving capacity. 2,000 ton overhead Soybean Meal truck loadout complete with 500TPH Soybean Meal rail loadout and 1,000GPM soybean oil loadout.
Project Timeline: September 2022 – September 2024
Buhl, Idaho
Type: Lump Sum Labor Contract. (Owner Furnished Materials)
Brief Scope: Brownfield expansion to an existing aquaculture feed mill. Truck ingredient receiving and finish feed loadout. Bulk storage, mixer, pellet mill with cooler. Transfer/Tie-In to existing mill operation.
Project Timeline: September 2022 – November 2024
Shell Rock, Iowa
Type: Design Build Contract
Brief Scope: 1.7MM bushel grain receiving and storage. 30,000BPH receiving capacity. 2,000 ton overhead Soybean Meal truck loadout complete with 500TPH Soybean Meal rail loadout and 500GPM soybean oil loadout.
Project Timeline: April 2021 – March 2023
Atchison, Kansas
Type: Design Build Contract
Brief Scope: First Phase: Installed 1.5MM bushel grain storage with 40,000BPH fill capacity and 40,000BPH reclaim capacity as an addition to the main concrete workhouse. Second Phase: 2.3MM bushel grain storage with 20,000BPH fill and reclaim capacities. Installed a 400’ long reversing belt conveyor across the drainage ditch and tied the grain flow into the existing rail loading system.

Wilson’s Mills, North Carolina
Type: Design Build Contract
Brief Scope: Added 500,000 bushel of wheat storage for segregation for a new flour mill expansion, including new conveyance to tie into the existing mill conveyance.
Project Timeline: October 2021 – May 2022
Great Bend, Kansas
Type: Design Build Contract
Brief Scope: 5.5MM bushel grain storage and receiving elevator. 40,000BPH truck/rail receiving capacity. 40,000BPH fill capacity. 60,000BPH reclaim/rail loadout capacity.
Timeline: April 2014 – January 2016
Malcom, Iowa
Type: Design Build Contract
Brief Scope: 2MM bushel storage rebuild after the Derecho. Added 40,000BPH truck receiving capacity. 10,000BPH reclaim capacity. Increased the existing receiving capacity of the concrete elevator with new model 60 head sections of bucket elevators and triple inlet distributor for maximum flexibility.

Pixley, California
Type: Design Build Contract
Brief Scope: 60,000BPH rail receiving expansion to an existing facility with 1.5MM bushel upright storage for corn. Additional corn flaking capacity added with new soaking bins, mixing screw and reclaim system.
Project Timeline: October 2019 – December 2020
Gilman, IL
Type: Design Build Contract
Brief Scope: Final Engineer receiving pit, receiving building, bean cleaning building and preparation building. Will be the largest soybean processing plant in the United States when the expansion is complete (8,000MTPD).

Stratford, TX
Type: Design Build Contract
Brief Scope: 1.5MM Bushel grain storage with rail and truck receiving. 60,000BPH rail receiving for whole grain, 1,000TPH for soybean meal. 15,000BPH truck receiving. 15,000BPH reclaim capacity. 50TPH hammermill grinding corn with loadout for local cattle feedlot customer base. 30,000 ton commodity barn to handle three separate commodities with truck loadout.
Timeline: June 2024 – Current
Hopkins, MO
Type: Design Build Contract
Scope: First Phase: Installed 875K bushel grain storage with fill tie-in to existing infrastructure. Second Phase: Installed 20,00bph truck receiving and fill system and 1.75 MM bushel upright storage for corn/soybeans. Installed overhead truck loadout bins (8,400 bushels) with truck receiving and loadout shed.
Project Timeline: March 2023 – December 2023
Quincy, IL
Type: Lump Sum Labor and Materials Contract
Scope: Replaced about 500 feet of open belt reclaim conveyors with heavy duty MMF chain drag conveyors in elevator basement for safety and housekeeping improvement. Installed new grating to fully enclose the conveyer tunnel. Executed project safely with grain elevator in operation

Brush, CO
Type: Lump Sum Labor and Materials Contract
Brief Scope: Feed lot mixing and loadout capacity increase project. Installed (2) new Roto-Mix mixers and (2) new loadout belt conveyors and catwalks without loadout interruption.
